The following methods of shipment are available from our store.

UPS Ground ( Delivery in 1-7 days) Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.

UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) by the end of the second business day. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.

UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states. UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30 A.M., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 P.M. on Saturdays).

USPS Priority (2-4 Business Days) The USPS express shipping option.

Customer Order Pickup
This option is intended for customers who wish avoid shipping charges by picking up their order at the Camera Corral during our regular business hours. We are located at 515 Sherman Ave in downtown Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Backorder Shipping
All backorders ship upon arrival and incur a regular shipping charge. Each of these methods represent a different level of service, as well as a different cost to the customer.

About Children Ordering Camera Corral does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 19 years of age, do not submit any information without the express consent and participation of of a parent or guardian.

Returns

The Camera Corral will accept returns on the products we sell for seven days after you receive them. The product must be returned to us with all the original packaging in like new condition, with all warranty cards. We can issue a credit, exchange, or refund the original purchase price only. If a product is found defective in one week you may return it to us for a like item exchange. Email our order desk or call us at (800) 488-2460 and request a RMA and instructions for return. We do not accept returns on special order items, Film products, opened consumables unless defective, or shipping fees for items that are not defective.

Once you have received your return authorization, ship your items prepaid and insured in a well padded box. Do not write on the manufacturer's boxes. No COD's accepted. When you don't neet the above conditions for a return, Camera Corral will charge a 20% restocking fee.
