Camera Repairs

Bring in or ship your digital or film camera to us if it is need of repairs. From minor cleanings to complete overhauls, we can handle your problems on most makes and models.

Our repair man has over 30 years of experience, and has been rated as one of the top 10 camera repair technicians in the country!

The cost for repairs is on a job to job basis, and there is a 6 month warranty on all repairs. You can have confidence in the fact that we will take the utmost care with your equipment. We will get it back to you in a timely manor, and in full working order.

Procedures for submitting a repair.

If you have a camera repair please give us a call and we will attempt to help you with it. If we determine that you need to send your camera in for repair please include the following information.

1. Name, address, City, State, Zip, email address, and a daytime phone number with area code.
2. A complete description of the problem with any pictures that show your camera malfunction.
3. A check or charge card number for the benchcharge amount: Film cameras or lenses are $10.00. Digital cameras are $25.00 for up to 2 megapixels, $35.00 for 2 to 4 megapixels, $45.00 for 5 to 10 megapixels, and DSLR's are $50.00. If you don't know we will call you and okay the benchcharge. This bench charge is taken off the estimate if you approve it or pays for the tech time if you refuse the estimate.
4. Service times may vary widely due to parts availability, and complexity of repair. Normally the repair times are between 3 and 4 weeks, but can run longer for many reasons. Parts issues and back orders are sometimes a problem, and may take weeks or months to receive. Back orders and firms service times are out of our control and the repairs will be completed as soon as possible. We will email or call you when changes occur in your repair .
